Sundar, Metastock has 'routines' and customizing features. You have the choice of viewing price and volume in a wide variety of formats. You have the choice of applying a wide variety of analysis tools to attempt to discern pattern, extention, velocity, support, resistance trend and direction. You can also write your own formulas and backward test them.
