Ben- Status of 10K filing unchanged, did not ocurr on 6/12 as anticipated, no firm date at this time, expect to be listed on NASDQ BB about two weeks after 10K filed.

Hope that helps...Now a good time to buy..have been tracking at the 1/4-3/4 range then stopped several months back.

PS Hope it's still connected....

Well I called the company the message stated that the 10K was not filed(surprise). They do not have firm date for when it will be filed. The expect trading to start on the NASDAQ bulletin board 2 weeks after the 10K is filed.

Hope this helps....atleast there is somebody there.......
