Ron, I still have my scratch pad on which I'd written the original numbers. Minimum dilution was 2.7M shares, maximum 3.11M (for overallotments). I had no reason to think there'd been a correction and hadn't any clue until this evening. Usually corrections, in my experience, are posted with original reports being left intact. Without that clue I didn't see the change. If the change was last week then I'm actually a bit impressed with the way the stock has handled it. I tried calling the company about an hour and a half ago but nobody was home 'cept the silicon. CF Rebel
