People who create a following and then back off with no reason fall into the category of Tokyo Mex and the like. Truly sad. So what category do the followers fall into. IMO they shouldn't be investing, they would be much better off in a casino. Newsletters and the like should merely be sources of leads for further DD, they are definitely DD unto themselves. You must weigh their opinions with your own DD and comfort level. There are many "FOR FEE ONLY" newsletters out there, and when they divorce themselves from a stock it is just as sudden. At least Top Dog gives you a daily opinion. The others come out once a month and god only knows when they decided to drop a stock. You can rest assured though it's long before you see it in print. PEOPLE SHOULD DO THEIR OWN DD and not just blindly follow anyone, be it Top Dog, Rocketeers, or even the shills. Then when they change their opinion, you yourself will know if it is due to a passing fad, or a genuine concern about future prospects.
