Werlick, Absent any news today we saw feeble volume and aimless drift slightly to the downside. That suggests that many shorts have covered at this level, and everyone else is taking a "wait and see" attitude. Absent additional bad news that suggests that there is not much more downside in FPAM's stock price. And indeed even if there was bad news, FPAM may already be through with its downward slide. Stock price immunity to bad news is one classic sign of a stock that is basing.

How far and if FPAM's price jumps on terms of financing depends upon what the terms of the financing are. But for the time being I'd rate obtaining financing as a major positive.

But correct me if I am wrong but FPAM will need to drive its stock price back above $4/share in order to remian listed on the NASDAQ unless the NASDAQ waives that requirement (which they may do since FPAM is a $1.5b Company). (Note: The $4/share may be only an intial listing requirement).

So my guess is that initially FPAM's Management will want to force, if possible the stock price back above $4/share...

Sincerely,

Doug F.
