Reexamined technicals for SEEC..

and the chart looks very bullish.

Upward sloping stochastics, but the most intersting is the constriction of the BBands, which is ususally a precursor to a mose either up or down.

However, with the positive Stochastic and momentum bias, I would say that there is better than even money that SEEC will break-out to the upside here, IMHO.
