Dave_ what is the possibility of the rs not going through? It is listed on the OTCBB web site as a 70:1 RS and Name change. Can this be rescinded before the opening bell tomorrow? If anyone can answer please quench my curiosity. Still Optimistic S~ PS One piece of this puzzle that doesn't make sense to me is that they would announce the reverse split now and not after the name change.
