Based on your research: a) When are DGIV financials coming out? b) April 2 press release: "Management of Digitcom Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: DGIV - news), anticipating the results of outside auditor Alex D. Domantay & Associates' report due in mid April, announced the company's intention to file Form 10 and become a fully-reporting corporation. " April 16 press release: " Auditor Alex D. Domantay & Associates' complete results will be available in the company's 10-K filing that will soon appear on Edgar." Given the above press releases.... what do you consider "soon" after April 16? Sometime in May? c) Why do you think the company is so reluctant to release financial information?

Great Post Dan (Danimal): I agree with what you have posted 100%. The only "rocketeer stock" I have invested in (after doing extensive DD and research) is DGIV. It is one of my top 2 holdings and I also have ALL of my original shares. IMO, this company will be worth MANY TIMES its current price in the months (and years) to come. I am a Long Term investor and I will support this company as long as the fundamentals are in place. I believe in Jimmy Chin and what he is trying to accomplish. When the smart money and the big money understands his vision and the value of DGIV's contracts, they will start to invest in this firm and will help take it to a new level of support in the marketplace. Investing now (before all of the information is available and the filings are complete) provides a much greater upside. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. Good Luck Investing. -Scott
