I agree that for a foundry, TSMC is above average ... but ... I believe
that recently their business has fallen off. UMC and others are in more trouble,
but TSMC is headed for the same "headache".

I have reviewed their processes (.25um and .18um) and both are a generation
in performance behind Intel. IBM is a much better choice in terms of
performance.
