And it does not matter to many investors how many shares, just the action speaks volumes. The shorts use it to amp the situation and the stock gets held down near term.

You may be right in some cases, but where management sells on a routine schedule as with ASND and NN, the effect is less dramatic.

I'm guessing until NN is restored to analysts' good graces, they won't have a substantial move without contract announcements or coverage. You have to be a Cisco to move for no apparent reason.

Remember back in high school when kids got put on probation for necking behind the gym or smoking in the parking lot? Well, NN's on probation. Cisco's at the other end of the spectrum. As teacher's pet, they could smoke a joint while twirling a .45 and the principal would let them off. Stressful day, he'd say.

Now, we've both lived long enough to know the truth will out. We also know it takes time.
