Audit ,, that can go for S&P now,, as soon as auditing firm's manager approves, which should be on Wed or Thur .. then DCGR SCC lawyer pulls this on me,, " Why not wait till Sabatini acquisition is completed then file it with S&P and for now just file 10q ,, if not whole audit on Sabatini has to be done separately ,," I had a a tit tat with her but I could understand her point as well ,,

<<"Do you mean certified financials submitted to SEC? ">> Please understand that the most important thing here is having a completed financial statment audit. The SEC receives audited, not "certified" financials in the SEC prescribed format. They will then go through SEC review. Whether you know it or not what you want to see most right now is an unqualified (clean) opinion on a set of financial statments with full disclosures that confirm this is a going concern. This is the only way to know exactly what we are dealing with here. I know you want to see filings on EDGAR to feel good about this, but at this point I just want to see a copy of their audited financials, and I hope to have this soon.

Thanks to Mex and Jeffrey for the DD
