Robert,

I'm just trying to explain the shortfall in revenue. Leland makes the statement that production equipment is being moved to the new plant from the old plant.
A very costly error on his part and to us investors who though we had a competant leader.
Leland in my opinion is incompetent and should resign. The man just destroyed the value of our company by his incompetance.
During the last conference call VIVUS'S management said there was ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM IN OBTAINING PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT. Their biggest concern was getting qualified personal to run the place. THAT'S TURNED OUT TO BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!.
