Re-post from Raging Bull -- MUST READ I've been a long time (2 months) lurker on PKGP and FINALLY decided to get in an embarrassingly large amount of portfolio today. I too am pissed at RA and PKGP - if this Reverse Split is true. Do any of you know FOR A FACT that this is true? I must agree with Dave Gore and Tim Luke. All of us have come this far - what the hell do we have to lose if we wait it out and give the company a chance to explain. This could go down in the record books as the greatest short of all time. The new USXP sign is up on the corner of the building! They had money for a nice new logo. There were a couple of cars out front, and a side door open, but I didn't go in. I will go there tomorrow a.m. though. With all that's been said here it might be unreasonable for you to believe me, and I understand that, but call PKGP tomorrow and ask them. Or better yet, if someone is willing, I will take a picture of the building, scan it and e-mail it to someone for posting to a web site somewhere. Furthermore, for anyone who doesn't believe that a reverse split is coming and the story is the work of the shorters, check out the web site that I posted earlier. It's from the NASDAQ. Call the number on the bottom of the page and confirm it with them. Please post to SI. I saw the sign. I'm stayin long and buyin more! Thanks! Rosemary, Can I ask a question, could there have been a mistake about the reverse split, they really meant the warrants? Aren't they suppose to be issued with the name change? You might be on to something there. We haven't heard about the warrants yet. They could have been 1 warrant for every 70 shares held. Maybe I'm just wishfully thinking. I would like to hear something official from the company though. I called Barbara Halpern today at about 3:45 cst. I got the secretary and had to leave my number. I asked the secretary about the reserve split and she said that she couldn't comment on that but they were receiving calls asking about it. John
