Ed, at the time that I warned of EXSO floorless, the floorless was $3 MM and the capitalization was about $70 MM (the stock was at $2 and the number of shares was 35 MM), the floorless brought the company to its knees and a price of $.05.

At the time I warned of the floorless in CTYS the stock was at $7/shares (coming down from $30/share) the number of shares about 40 MM and the floorless (two preferred) where a total of $100 MM shares. Here you have $50 MM of floorless with current market cap of about $650 MM. What count is their ability to overwhelm the buying, not capitalization. Right now the average volume is around 200,000 to 300,000 shares, they can control the price just with consistent shorting of 50,000 shares a day, well within their wherewithal.
