Ancil, it would be no different if I wanted Handshake international to be listed on the Toronto. To be the Pres or an officer I would have to live in that province. NPEC /MDIN couldn't trade on the Candian exchanges do to some previous troubles either by Les/Ian or both. That story is way back there in the cob webs. Larry IMO, is very respected, but I don't think he has much power. Les and Ian have it all, again just my little bitty itcy bitcy humble opinion.
