Wow ... Bishop resigned! That's a shocker.

Tomorrow's action should be interesting from a price perspective.

The good news is that it doesn't have very far to go down.

The bad news is it still has SOME room to go down.

Sigh ...

The company has identified several potential candidates to serve as president and chief executive officer of the company. The company has been engaged in active discussions with one of these candidates, and hopes to engage him shortly, although no agreement has been reached.

I just want to say that I found Ron Bishop to be a man of integrity and a genuinely nice individual. If you asked him a straight question he gave you a straight answer. I know he had the respect of his competitors as well.

What I find interesting is that, according to the press release, apparently this was not a sudden departure. I also find it interesting that Robert Stewart, the CEO and now interim President, had been selling throughout May: biz.yahoo.com

Was Stewart selling in anticipation of today's news? If so, how can anyone in good conscience buy on this news when the CEO has been selling in possible anticipation?

CSGI shareholders deserve way better than this.

Herb: As a rule, I avoid penny stocks because of the manipulation game.

What do I do now that I own a penny stock by mistake?

Hmmmmm ..
