Wireless Data Solutions Inc. Management Increases Stock Position Business Wire - June 30, 1998 09:32 LEESBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 1998--Wireless Data Solutions Inc. (OTC BB:SOLU), announced Tuesday management has increased its company stock position recently by acquiring an additional 268,000 shares totaling 418,000 shares purchased this year to date by its treasurer, general manager and CEO. Mike McLaughlin, CEO and president of Wireless Data Solutions Inc. reported: "We feel that the weakness in our stock over the past few weeks has given us a window of opportunity to increase our ownership in Wireless Data. We are very bullish over the near term with tremendous upside potential and expectations over new developments that the company hopes to unveil soon. The company has been profitable since 1994 and we expect that trend to continue in fiscal year 1998." Wireless Data Solutions Inc., a Florida corporation and its wholly owned subsidiary, Distributed Networks Inc.
