Dusty,
I dont think the SEC has any use for the average shareholder of TVSI unless you are at the throwing or catching end of all the accusations flying around concerning manipulation and shorting of this stock.
SEC might be investigating whether any illegal profits were made and then again they may not. SEC makes no secret about the risks involved in these junky, penny stocks.
But, if there is an investigation all they have to do is follow the money.

Since these stocks are regulated, albeit somewhat loosely, they
can investigate whatever they want, whenever they want. The can use taxpayers money to go on a fishing expedition if they so choose.
They try to keep the investing public from being swindled.

With that in mind, a supeona is nothing to be afraid of unless you have broken the law.

Dusty, you have to excuse me for running on and on, I cant sleep due to hamster induced hives.

Off to roam the net.
