Purchases - Wallace & Owens (local Super) 06/30/98....

Kraft - Capri Sun (Orange), case of 10 6.75 FL OZ pouch = $3.15 or .315 each. Pointed straw is a lethal weapon.

Coca-Cola Company - Hi-C (Jammin Apple), case of 10 6.75 FL OZ box = $3.47 or .347 each. Less angle on point.

TCBG product appears to be 8 FL OZ pouch in case of 6?

06/10/98 - Co-packaging agreement with Sweet Ripe Drinks Ltd, of Ontario, Canada. They produce in excess of 20 million cases of beverage products annually for the leading trade brands in Eastern Canada.

How does TCBG profit from the Co-packaging agreement? Are we simply modernizing equipment? Break down the substantial cost savings attuned to the strong US Dollar?

06/17/98 - Manufacturing Alliance with Cliffstar Corp. "Our initial objective was to strategically produce product in the Cliffstar Corporation's facilities in Joplin, Missouri and Los Angeles, California."

What's the new objective? Are all the Volpak machines to be placed in Canada? What's wrong with Missouri and California? What is the profit dollar for TCBG in this alliance? How long are the terms? Has economic's dictated trucking for distribution? Who else wants private labeling?

Just some thoughts to consider for conference call.

Keith

PS - View from the Debit side of Check Book! Price first, 2nd is Grandson interrested on what is displayed on package? Sport's star (Wheaties), something free or a cool character? What can he get other than juice or water? 3rd it must be arm level, not on top or bottom shelf. Zip and Rip is a minor detail for the shopping cart........

Earl:

One thing to consider is the expense of installing the Volpak machines. How will that be paid for? The machines, themselves, are assumed to be costly. It would be useful to know the terms of the co-packaging arrangements. Perhaps an inquiry to a co-packager would be helpful.
