I tend to be a skeptic so most of my trades are to the short side. Here are some stocks that RGC Int. Investors (and some along with Halifax Fund) has been involved with in terms of convertible-debenture financing:

I haven't yet cross-referenced when the financing took place to when the shares were finally converted to the charts of the stocks, but I've a good guess as to what happened in some (all?) of them.

Cayman Islands investors scares me in general. Though in some cases, like Zitel, it has made me a lot of money shorting after the initial spike.

One possibility I think is for GMGC to continue up in the next month or so, with a blow-up top (July 30th?). After that it'll trend down and settle before the good old fundamentals kick in. So what happens would be the convertible shareholders may elect to short near the top, then drive the price down (in which case they'll receive more shares) and using the converted shares to cover their short positions. I sincerely hope that doesn't happen but it's a rain cloud over my head until they all convert. As long as the company does well after they convert, there shouldn't be any more impediment to a rise in GMGC share price.
