Jack, I don't think the block trade is related to the convertible. Imo, the timing is definitely very suspect for the secondary, but they'll get away with it because nobody is willing to look the gift horse in the mouth, to see the emperor has no clothes; otoh, counting chickens before they hatch is a biggie. I'm sure a lot of smart money is getting out now; of course that doesn't mean a crash is imminent.

Thanks for the information Jack. Watching the "big" money is critical for those of us short on AOL. Considering how much institutional ownership there is on the issue, just the slightest hiccup in earnings will send AOL down for more than its fair share of correction - probably around 30% or more. At least, that is what I am betting on.
