Digitcom got preliminary approval from Russia and Indonesia also. Guess what - they now have offices there. Preliminary approval means that there are more steps to take. Russia gave final approval, why not Germany? Watch for a final approval news release in the near future. - You might want to do some DD on Digitcom's consulting firm Lietzmann and Partner, then make an opinion if they'll get financing or not.

You will know when they setup offices in Germany. Some people are more annoying than others. To be honest, you are the most annoying. You try to bash DGIV in all possible ways - technology, financials, management, and everything. Frankly, you don't do enough homework and your questions are really stupid - so stupid that you don't know what the basic technologies underlying IP Telephony is and you claim to work on related technologies. Your criticism has no merit and is fundamentally flawed. You are wasting your time here, no one listens to you. It is time you cover your shorts and go away. - JC
