Changed my mind. I will unbox at the open tomorrow based on:

YHOO to report a loss

AOL private placement of 5 million shares

receeding volume in AMZN stock trading

Any window dressing (if it were to have any effect would be done tomorrow)

AMZN warning about out of control costs i.e. employee (which no one cared about)

Increased spending and activity from competitors this quarter i.e. Barnes and knoble which was not present last quarter. Hoping for slower growth in revenues.

AMZN unable to close above 100 in last 3 trading days.

This stock has gone to far to fast and I hate it.

and finally,

Cause I want to lose all my money now, I can't take it any more...

I reserve the right to change my mind at the open if I receive divine guidance in my sleep over the next 6 hours..

Night.

Another sleepless night.. Is the AOL news enough to pull down the sector tomorrow???

David,

Do you or anyone know why AOL issued those shares? I could not find a reason.
