P&F Madness, >High-Low Index reverses up. This makes two of the short term indicators in a column of X's which indicates at least a short term rally. Tom had mentioned it is limited to the Big Caps which indicates the rallies to be narrow.< But, Tom also indicated in his expanded service to brokers that, "many times the short term rally turns into a long term rally. It is interesting in looking at the HI/Lows, 10week, etc. that once the bull alert has taken place at these low percentiles that there one hell of a reversal to the 60% up. We will just have to wait to see. I am starting to get into the market now at these low %. Just my $.02. Paul V.
