Thanks for the clarification and your comments. You are right about the many positive things taking place for TGSK, and I look forward to an official statement. I sold a lot of stagnant stocks to buy TGSK when it was at $1.55 per share. My position was a large part of my available funds. I must be on the sidelines for the time being - but I will return if Colin can regain my trust. He mentioned in the teleconference that part of the decision to issue a dividend was to provide family members, who currently own stock, funds to increase their position. That is a positive thing. I wonder, however, if his loyalty to family members is the reason for the private placement ? He may be trying to place more stocks with family at the outsider's expense??? This may just be a short term problem for us. If the company's potential is as good as he says this could still be a great stock. But I was convinced Colin was a straight shooter with the stockholders and I must now question other information he has given. We shall see?
