SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 1998--C2i Solutions Inc., (NASDAQ:CTWO - news) a provider of integrated Year 2000 and
European Monetary Union (EMU) computer solutions, today announced that it has formed a three-pronged relationship with Sapiens International

Sapiens-Euro is an integrated set of software tools, documentation, and methodologies that address the entire Euro conversion lifecycle, including assessment, analysis, configuration mapping, wrapping, data and code conversions, re-engineering, project management and testing and also includes Sapiens' ''Euro- Virtual-Machine'' (''E-V-M'').

year 2000 problems in Excel
>>"...Excel and the Year 2000 By David W. Methvin
If you're not careful, the way you handle dates in Excel can cause Year 2000 woes. If you enter a year as a two-digit number, such as 3/12/02, Excel 97 will recognize year numbers between 0 and 29 as being in the 21st century. However, Excel 95 only treats numbers between 0 and 19 as being in the 21st century. If your spreadsheet requires dates early in this century (say, 1902) or late in the next one (2080), type in a four-digit year like this: 3/3/1902. A related problem crops up when you display dates. If you set the cell formatting to display years with two digits, you won't see the difference between the years 1920 and 2020. Since Excel uses an internal representation for dates, this is just cosmetic and won't affect calculations based on the year. You can eliminate any confusion by displaying years as four-digit numbers. For two-digit years inside the sheet, select the cell and look at Excel's formula bar..."
