Glad you are doing some DD on this.
Now,tell us how you know about the "very late filing"
and the top three guys, and your thoughts.

Liz, the IR person, who I have not spoken to yet, is also the "wife"
of one of those three.

It would be interesting to learn why HHPK turned public in the first place. In any scenario, my impression, was HHPK was a low-key, nose-to-the grindstone kind of company.
