General consensus is that EDII will continue to grow through acquisition. There are many companies that can be acquired for debt restructuring and their CEO targets those companies. To date, all the acquisitions appear to be immediately profitable after restructuring. EDII currently has controlled growth and positive EPS which will raise shareholder values into the $$ range by the end of the year.

EDII is not about oil and gas. No one in the inner circle is an oil and gas man. The land purchased which has oil and gas on it was purchased as a real estate play, not for the mineral rights. This can be supported by our analysis that the one pumping well is not any blockbuster, and almost played out (Brenham, Texas). And lets not forget about the location of their property to one of the biggest oil finds in over 50 years. EDII is not interested in spending money on risky exploration endeavors, they would rather acquire assets. All assets acquired have been audited by BDO Seidman and the findings are about to be unleashed.

Dror owns 25% of all outstanding shares and he is not selling. Most of the restricted shares are restricted for three years. Dror is building an empire and has no intention of cashing out, or diluting his resources. Total shares outstanding are reported to be 46 million.

Daniel Dror, the CEO of EDII was chairman of 3 profitable reporting companies. In 1997 he acquired control of a publicly trading company; Pitts & Spits. He became chairman in September 1997 and changed the name of the holding company to EDII.

They will be changing their name and plan to become fully reporting and perhaps trade on the American Exchange. The share price will rise dramatically with two scheduled press releases to be unleashed this week.

EDII has been recognized as one of the penny stocks of the year. EDII will move against the shorts all you have to do is strap those goggles on tight and enjoy the ride. Heavy volume is causes by MM's shorting between 3 and 4 million shares. I for one will have a front row seat.
