Zev , I would suggest you call HEC . Speak with Mikel and share your concerns with him. Perhaps he can explain any flaws in your logic . He is universally regarded as an honest and truthful person . They have always been very helpful and cooperative anytime I have spoken with them . I would find it incredulous that an astute business person like Mikel would sign off on anything that was not in the best interests of all concerned . Speak with him and you will have all your questions answered (he does not dodge the hard questions). He said at the last annual meeting (in response to a question from the floor) that he would go anywhere that would allow him to explain the Harken story . He encouraged shareholders to set up meetings with analysts or business talk shows for him . He too felt that they were not getting the full Harken story out to the investing community .
