Roger,

I agree, but the last three hires, Craig Frane, Paul Pasqua, and Barry McGriff, seem to have a lot better pedigrees than a lot of the previous ones. Mr. McGriff goes from Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Quantum, where his team did $300 million, to Director, OEM Sales at Ancor, where his team will be lucky to do $10 million. I can't figure that one out.
