F.Y.I.

I requested information relating to NTAH from Canyon approximately 2-3 months ago. Last night at 7:00(cdt) I received a call from a representative at Canyon asking if I had received the NTAH information and if I had questions.

I immediately asked if they were aware of a reason for the sudden drop in the share price. I was told that their was definite shorting of the stock. I asked if they were aware of compensation / placements of stock increasing the shares, I was told that they were not aware of any. I asked if they were aware of any insider /institutional selling and was told that they were not aware of any. He mentioned that the large institutional holdings consists of shares held primarily by European banks.

The representative stated that some have expressed concerns for the financial well being of NTAH and stated that they are in reasonably good financial condition. Apparently a $100,000 payment is made to PAMCO monthly and was sent on schedule yesterday. I asked about PAMCO and was told they are responsible for the stripper well design / technology(?) - not much additional info. was available. It was mentioned that the governor of Oklahoma has contacted NTAH about availability of the stripper well technology. Lastly, it was mentioned that the next news release would be in approximately 10 days.

If anyone has any questions I would encourage them to call Canyon directly. They seem more than willing to answer questions.
