Greg,Jim, Jeff all:

The last couple of weeks have been very rough. We need to concentrate on the fundamentals at hand, and IMO, there's not a company out there that has as good fundamentals as this company has for where the price is. I think once we see earnings the beginning of July, we will get a much better idea as to where this company is going. Also, without numbers attached to the last few announcements, it's hard to get new investors excited. This will hopefully be addressed in the 10q, we need to see numbers so we can then determine future profit projections. I may be writing to the board, but in reality, I'm writing to the company, they monitor this board, also. One thing we have to remember, is when the quarterly report comes out, the new business that has been announced, will not be factored into the bottom line, it usually takes 3-6 months to implement. The Mellenium contract won't be giving us revenue until at least the 3rd quarter, and even at that, it should only be a small part of what revenue it will produce next year. With the Y2k compliant software, EBT project, and other deals, I think we may be a little early on this stock but I know this one will be huge. There is a possibility,IMO, that in the fiscal year 1999, we may very well be earning per share what the stock price is now, do you think I'm going to walk away from that potential? No way.
