I love this statement "A company spokeswoman said the offering would create no dilution
to earnings per share." which seems not to make any sense until you remember these
guys don't make any money, so how can you dilute nothing? -vbg-

She is right and it is also possible that it can be additive!!!
let's do the math.

If they are making losses, then you are dividing the -ve number by a larger denominator, which means you get a smaller -ve number as EPS.

isn't it genious....
