Apex's turn for a vignette. National Sleep Foundation study, University of Chicago scientist Eve Van Cauter. Measured blood chemical levels for different levels of sleep. Have seen programs with people that sleep 15 min/day and seem to be kicking.Have seen studies that show two sleep sessions about 2-3 hours each, night and afternoon is the best. Lots and lots of studies....all about the Onions later. <G>
