Certainly the smoke has an adverse effect on the lungs. A lot of people argue agaisnt that, but I don't care what kind of smoke you suck into your lungs, it hurts them.

It efects your mind long after you have come down. When I was a kid we called it spacy. The day after a pot party you just feel numb. Your mind is not sharp, it's like you didn't sleep. Yes I used to smoke it when I was kid. I know this is a true side effect. So monday morning for the weekend pot smoker is not mentally a good day.
