You seem to be very familiar with this industry. Now, if you were in Armstrong position, where will you be spending this 32B? And how are you going to grow T, one of a DOW gorilla, in the coming decades. Remember that long distance business is get more and more competitive, more and more players are in, even you can make a long distance call through Internet without paying a dime.

True,, but soon cable lines will replace phone lines and that 32billion will get them first in the door.
