I don't want to be chastized for saying this, but could I reiterate that WAR is a bad thing? This isn't directed toward anyone specifically, so no one take it that way, but please, I hope there will be no implications that war will in any way be good. Yes, an American F-16 opened fire and destroyed an Iraqui Radar Site. The site radar-locked on the F-16 and Allied protocols are to immediately clear the target that locks. That is what happened. Apparently, it's unclear what's ensued since, but no further fire has been reported.

Again, please no one get offended by what I said above. But it should rub anyone the wrong way when they even imply that this is somehow good because oil prices will go up. That's all my preaching for now.
