LET's TAKE A POLL...IS MM manipulation rare? Do you believe they hire people to lurk threads either when stocks run up (as many claim happened in DGIV) or on stocks that have controversy, that bashers are hired to magnify (like FAMH?). Or go ask the folks what happened with some dirty MM's in TGSK sometime back. Maybe others can give their side of the story. HENRY SAID: All manipulation is bad. And yes there are short sellers who try to manipulate stocks. I believe, however, that for reasons I have stated earlier that " market makers are rarely short manipulators." You say Market Makers "are rarely short manipulators"? I would disagree on that here on the BB system, especially since the SEC seems to be focusing on them. But let's hear what others have to say besides you and I.
