The prosecutors say they will concentrate more on exclusive contracts Microsoft has with internet service providers and less on the argument that Microsoft is illegally tying its internet browsing software with its dominant operating system Windows 98. The Justice Department has not decided yet if it will appeal the appeals court ruling. (The New York Times)
