**OT** I see we're back to the same old once again: people who ask questions, request clarifications, and express doubts are "bashers". Jim is not a financial advisor. He has never claimed to be. He merely shares his likes and dislikes. We all have likes and dislikes. I think all people who write financial newsletters should be required to be licensed. In order to receive a license, they would be obliged to pass an examination demonstrating knowledge of financial markets, and as a condition of maintaining their license they would be obliged to abide by certain rules and regulations. Such as not frontrunning, and not publishing unsourced "facts". This wouldn't stop all the abuses, but it might make a difference.
