Why would that be? Being acquired when the stock is grossly undervalued just means you get some new stock that may be fully valued and you don't get the ratio of new stock that PWAV is worth.

P: Please don't take my post as the final word. I only posted this info as it was told to me by a friend who, I feel, has excellent contacts in the financial world. (And who, in fact, works as a broker.)
