SVGI RE: VLSI Ratings "By the way, does anyone have any thoughts or concerns as to why SVGI did not make the VLSI "10 Best" list this year? " Are you all aware that SVG is no longer the supplier of DUV track systems to Intel? They are using tracks from TEL. I assume this is somehow related to performace/reliability because Intel wouldn't switch for no reason. As usual, TEL, DNS, Canon, Nikon, and ASML are on the list. They are SVG's main competitors in lithography. James
