If I remember correctly, MU did the same (non-dilution), they wrote the book.

I actually know somebody who's a "small investor" in AMZN, bot it at ~40 (split-adj). He never read any Co. financial statements, just checks price every day, very happy, needless to say. Bot stock because bot some books, and liked the concept. Now tells everybody to buy books from them, when I tell him most titles are cheaper from B&N he says AMZN is easier to use. When I told him B&N site is equally easy, perhaps even better, he said he never tried B&N. Go figure.

Actually, AOL is profitable: biz.yahoo.com . Unless you are questioning the accounting, as some people do. And, the non-dilution statment remains rather bizarre.
