Gipper - I wonder if Milberg Weiss, a prestigious law firm, will play by the rules as sue CCSI on YOUR behalf. (it's a shareholder suit, after all).

Maybe you could assist them by drafting a few interrogatories asking the status of the DEAL. Or maybe you could depose Darby and ask her yourself. Or ask CCSI to admit or deny whether it has misled its investors. This would be playing by rules with which you should be familiar.
