To the best of my knowledge, they are out of business; however still trading on OTC BB (NDB recognized the symbol, and I was able to play it for fun). They are obviously non-reporting, so I think they may soon be delisted from BB according to the new Bulletin Board requirements. I couldn't find anything on them, except a couple of old SEC filings covering legal proceedings.
