Ok, let's take the emotion away and answer this. Why did they do the RS? Why was it needed? Why didn't the company give us that part of the story on a news release before today? Do you really think USXP is looking out for the stockholder? ICC sure made it a point to let us know they were out. Wonder why? The fact is, a RS is almost NEVER good for stock holders. When do you think the stock will see $4.20 again? When you include the 70 multipal, that's where the stock was about this time yesterday. KZAP

Peacelover, I remember you from the Compaq thread. You're a pretty bright guy but imo a little naive. Remember when you kept saying CPQ would meet earnings and the next thing you know, they're down and still are months later. Why? Management fed the people what they wanted to hear, all awhile stuffing the channels. In a worse way, this USXP does the same thing and then pulls the rug from under the faithful. Listen to Lakers when he alarms the shareholders of APAC. Watch how RA pumps this stock and then has the audacity to sneak a reverse split. At least CPQ is a legitmate company. I don't see how USRX is anything or has ever been anything but a scam. And yes, I do own shares, but I'll only lose about $500 with this dog. Hopefully, RA will be sent away for fraud because anyone with common sense can see what his angle is now. I'd love to be wrong, but I've seen this kind of manipulation too often.
