Kemble: Since you are going to the meeting, please check if DELL has anti-takeover measures in place. I know that the market cap for DELL is huge(about $ 60 BB). But recent events show that did not deter giant companies taking over other giant companies. The balance sheet of DELL is so solid with only $ 17MM in L/T debt. A lot of cash/cash eq., solid market, imaginative concept, low inventory, and I could go on and on to make some companies swallow their saliva. BTW, don't forget to reserve on T-shirt size L (it could shrink after wash). Will send you a check to cover the cost and your troubles. TIA Good Luck to All Paul
