Well E*Trade bought a $.5Million worth of this @.60 and it was disclosed in the 10-Q. I think thats the reason for this rise. Kickin myself now for dumping ~1.00.

<<08:53 ET First Virtual Holdings (FVHI) 2 25/32: Stock gained one full point yesterday after company closed the previously announced investment in the company by SOFTBANK Holdings and SOFTBANK Technology Ventures. In a subsequent transaction, E*Trade Group. purchased from SOFTBANK 833,333 shares of the company's common stock at a total purchase price of $500,000, or $0.60 per share. FVHI is a provider of advanced messaging systems for Internet commerce. FVHI shares bid at 2 15/16 this morning.>> (briefing.com)

Frank, I'm sidelined for now. I'm pleased with the bottom fishing expedition, though amused. As noted, a majority holding of FVHI was sold for $0.60, which naturally caused the stock to go to--$3.12! So far FVHI is an echt Net stock: not only no earnings and no profit but no product to boot! Am I mistaken, or has the company logged a contract for its email-ecommerce solution? Last I heard, which admittedly was a month or so ago, it had not. These are interesting times--but I guess that's the oldest saying there is.

Best of luck to all,

Fisherman Jon
