I think the present management had done a tremendous job in improving margins over the past several quarters. Obviously there is more work to do because just breaking even is not acceptable.

The past year was frustrating. Amid improving margins, the price contracted severely. I feel this was because the deal with Jolt was forced by the last minute financing deal. Otherwise, DDL overpaid significantly. Had they given away 15mm shares instead of 9mm, then the effect would have been crushing. At any rate, the lack of better financing alternatives--truly the ONLY sole reason this deal was consumated--represents poor planning on the part of management.

I only hope they put off future deals until they improve the operations.
