Not directed at Loren.....If this stock goes to $6, I won't exactly be jumping up and down since I think that will make me about $142 now that it has split. I won't complain...after all this is a BB stock. I just liked the odds of going from .06 to .12 a whole lot more than the odds of going from 2 to 4. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. It's almost not worth selling at this point.

I wish you all the best of luck.

I just got a call from the lady at USXP and she said the
outstanding shares was between 1 and 1.5 million after the
split. I asked her if the skynet deal was a done deal, and
she said that They were expecting to close it before the end
of July. She didn't know whether it was going to be purchased
with newly issued stocks or not, but was going to check on that
and also the exact number of outstanding shares and get back
with me. She also said that the news release yesterday was a
leak. She said it should have never happened until after they
had made a company release..
I'll let you know if I hear anything else. I told her I had to
leave in an hour and she said she would get back with me before
then if she could. I was so surprised by the call, that I forgot
most of the things I wanted to ask. She said the co was in very
good financial shape and was doing well and that they truly
expected the company to be above 6 very shortly. She said there
was more news coming, and it was all good.

To the best of my recollection, this is about what was said.
I just wanted to pass it on because I know everyone is waiting
to hear.

Loren--I would definitely agree that management was selling and I believe they will continue. Look they had issued 37 mm shares as of 3/31 and the max authorized was 50mm shares.

Assuming they cut a deal with the floorless debenture holders, they would need to raise the authorized to do that and also buy Skynet. An increase in the authorized requires a proxy vote(they would have had to give shareholders notice, something Don Ricardo probably would not want to do).

By doing the 1 for 70, the outstanding would be what 500 to 700K(based on pre-split 37 to 50 million) shares but the authorized is still 50 million. He can do a lot of diluting with that.

Until the SEC forces companies to reduce their authorized in the same proportion as the reverse, this type of scene will continually be played out.

Reverse splits are simply invitations to dilute. When a company can't show the NASDAQ requirements without the reverse, the reverse certainly won't get them there.
